The Bladder Diary Calculator is an educational and clinical decision-support tool designed for use by qualified healthcare professionals. It is not intended to replace professional clinical judgment or serve as a diagnostic tool.

The information and results provided by this tool do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always rely on your professional training and clinical judgment when making patient care decisions.
Limitation of Liability
The developers and IPC accept no liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the calculations or outputs of this tool. Use of this tool is at your own risk. The developers shall not be held responsible for any clinical decisions made based on the tool's output.
Data Responsibility
While this tool does not collect or store patient data on our servers, you are responsible for ensuring that any patient information entered into the tool, and any files you export from it (PDF handouts, CSV row dumps, .fhir.json FHIR R4 Bundles, and .ccd.xml HL7 C-CDA R2.1 Continuity of Care Documents), is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations (including HIPAA in the US, GDPR in the EU, LGPD in Brazil, PIPL in China, and your local equivalents). All exported files are generated locally in your browser and never transit our servers or any third party.
Intellectual Property
This tool is powered by IPC. The clinical frameworks, including the 4Is classification system, are the intellectual property of IPC. The tool may be used freely for clinical and educational purposes.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
